Meaningful work

I'm reading 'Outliers' by Malcom Gladwell. It's about what makes the successful successful. On the contrary to the general notion that the successful people's best ingredient for success is their personality and character, Gladwell shows the circumstances and environment that gave the successful the grest opportunities: when they were born, where they were born, and the family background matter. It reminds me of palza, the eight letters that can say all about your destiny.

I am about half way reading it and there's an articulated remark about work. "Autonomy, complexity and a connection between effort and reward are .....the three qulaities that work has to have if it is to be satisfying." Very true.
